Da quello che mi ricordo,gli anni '90 sono stati caratterizzati da un utilizzo smisurato del Gloss per labbra,da quello lucido trasparente a quello shine con brillantini a quello dei piu' strani colori.Le donne(e,talvolta,anche gli uomini)non perdevano occasione per applicarlo:in auto al semaforo,nei bagni della discoteca,di fronte alla macchina del caffe' dopo la pausa,ecc.
Il decennio precedente,ed ancor di piu' gli anni '70,hanno invece visto come grandioso protagonista il Rossetto,in tutte le sue declinazioni,ed ovviamente primo fra tutti il rosso fuoco(Rosso Dior,Rosso Chanel,Rosso Ferrari,Rosso Valentino,e tanti altri nomi fantasiosi che in realta' indicavano lo stesso prodotto,quello che vedete nella foto sopra).
Quale rimane il migliore tra i due,nessuno puo' dirlo:ogni decennio ha la sua icona,anche se,attualmente,non esiste piu' una tendenza tout court come in passato.Sappiamo benissimo che,ad oggi,si utilizza tutto ed il contrario di tutto,e ciascuno puo' avere il proprio "feticcio" senza timore di non essere "di moda".
Forse,riteniamo,con alcuni tipi di abbigliamento,ad esempio casual o diurno o sportivo,sarebbe piu' opportuno affidarsi ad un Gloss,con effetto naturale e meno impegnativo.Al contrario con un look piu' elegante e formale,forse,sarebbe piu' adatto un Rossetto deciso che,in accordo con i colori della mise indossata,sottolinei la personalita' di chi lo ha deciso di portare.
Ma forse,anche no.
Tutto,ed il contrario di tutto:questa e' l'unica regola da seguire.
Quindi divertiamoci a creare,giorno dopo giorno,un look diverso semplicemente con l'utilizzo di questi due prodotti:fate un esperimento.
Con lo stesso look,provate ad usare il Rossetto un giorno,e l'indomani il Gloss.Pur sfoggiando colori tenui,vedrete la differenza abissale circa l'effetto risultante!

From what I remember, the '90s were marked by a disproportionate use of lip gloss, from glossy transparent to that shine with glitter to the one of the most strange colors.Ladies (and sometimes men too) never missed a chance to apply it: in the car at the traffic lights,or in the bathroom at the club,even in front of the coffee machine after the break, etc.
On the contrary the previous decade, and even more '70s, have instead seen as the great star the Lipstick, in all its forms, and of course first of all the fire-red (Red Dior,Red Chanel,Red Ferrari, Red Valentino, and many other fanciful names that actually showed the same product, what you see in the picture above).
Which is the better of the two, no one can say: every decade has its own icon, although, currently, there is no more "tout court" a trend as in the past.We know well that,at the time,anybody use everything and its opposite of all, and each one can have their own "fetish" without fear of not being "fashionable".
Perhaps, we believe, with some types of clothing, such as casual or daily or sporty, would be more should use a Gloss, effective natural and less hard.On the contrary with a look more elegant and formal, perhaps, would be more suitable the Lipstick that, in accord to the colors of the own mise, highlights the personality of those who have decided to take.
Maybe yes,maybe not.
Everything, and the opposite of everything: this is the only rule to follow.
So have fun to create, day after day, a different look with the use of these two products: do an experiment.
With the same look, try using the Lipstick a day, and the next day showing off the Gloss.Even if you'll use soft colors, you will see the huge difference about the resulting effect!
