Creme Addominali da uomo?! // Abdominal treatment creme?!

Ebbene sì....chi si occupa di questi post e' proprio un uomo...un uomo dedito alla cura del proprio aspetto,quasi in maniera maniacale,ma sempre rimanendo nei limiti...
Percio' non potevo non aver provato,tra le altre,anche queste pseudo-miracolose creme che promettono la tartaruga in tempi record e senza il minimo sforzo...
Allora,facciamo chiarezza:in tempi non sospetti,questo e' il mio aspetto:

Facevo uso di queste creme?SI
Mi allenavo coi pesi?SI
Curavo l'alimentazione?SI
Avrei ottenuto lo stesso risultato senza Creme per addominali?FORSE
Di certo,hanno accelerato il risultato quel tanto che basta ad arrivare alla famigerata prova-costume in perfetto orario.
Fuori stagione,io personalmente non ne faccio uso,ma di certo la percezione che funzionino esiste(ad esempio,avverto il classico pizzicorio da sostanze dermo-attive che stanno lavorando nei successivi 10-15 min.dopo l'applicazione).
Anche in questo caso,le Aziende produttrici sono tante e varie,da quelle Cosmetiche a quelle Farmaceutiche....io personalmente mi affido al brand in foto,BIOTHERM HOMME ABDOSCULPT,dopo averne provate diverse,ed il risultato mi ha soddisfatto.
E voi maschietti?Ne avete provate?

Yes ....the author of these posts is a man ... a man devoted to the care of  his appearance, almost maniacally, but always in a normal range...

So I have tried, among others issues, these pseudo-miracle creams that promise the six-pack in record time and without any effort ...

So ,let's clear: this is my body,just on summertime
I made use of these creams? YES
I was training with weights? YES
I took care of the power supply? YES
I got the same result without creams abs? MAYBE

Certainly, these creams have accelerated the result just enough to get to the infamous trial-suit on time.

Out of season, I personally do not use it, but certainly the perception that the creme work exists (for example, the classic feel tingling from dermo-active substances that are working in the next 10-15 min. after application).

Again, the manufacturing companies are many and varied, ranging from Cosmetic to Pharmaceutical .... I personally recommend the brand in picture, BIOTHERM HOMME ABDOSCULPT, after having tried several, and the result has pleased me.
